hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understand your concern

as for as your reports concerned ,
1. blood urea is in upper limit of normal range , 2.fasting sugars are slightly high and
3.HbA1c is high indicating uncontrolled sugars.

I can suggest you to check for
1.urine protein creatinine ratio to check for any proteinuria due to diabetic nephropathy .

2.ECG to see cardiac abnormality

already you are on diet control

suggest you to increase insulin dose by 2 units in the morning and evening

GRBS levels weekly 4 times and adjust the insulin dose accordingly.

hope this helps you.
any further questions please let me know
thanks
